Oh! What a prime little guy! He is usually so smiley and happy (when I’m not there). As soon as I would point my lens at Nate, he became so serious an curious about this crazy lady with a camera – and I think he may have been seeing himself in my lens. I have a little sneak peek from Nate’s first session and he is AMAZING – I’m especially taken by his little ‘mullet sprout’. I just love the way these images look in black and white. I always create a family portrait with the newborn sessions, and this first image is one of my favorites, ever. (Dad really is that tall!) I think that the joy on Mom’s face tells the whole story. And that last image? We worked for it, but, totally worth it!
For all you photographers, I used my own chanel mixer concoction for the black and white. I think it creates a milky skin tone and that little ‘pop’ comes from another little action I’ve created (Bee Snappy). Coming soon to www.thebeeplan.com.
Thanks for stopping ~ Enjoy!
